Thanks to their long-term experience in construction field Service3kt, LLC will be able to assist our clients with all the different questions regarding the product itself, and also they can help with communicating with local municipalities to obtain a building permits for your dream weekend home.

iOhouse´s are designed and constructed in Northern- Europe, and shipped in one piece to the U.S. Our the Space model has been adapted to local building codes and energy requirements. From the order to delivery it would take about 5 months time.
